Effective August 1, 2007, Renaissance Community Partners assumed responsibility for the day to day management of Windmill Ranch.  The Board of Directors is confident that their abilities and professionalism will result in a more attractive community.

Renaissance Community Partners will perform regular inspections of the community, and will work with homeowners as they fulfill their obligations to abide by the community's rules. With the help of Renaissance Community Partners, the Board of Directors will strive to make Windmill Ranch a desirable place to live, and to enhance the property values of our community.
