If you plan on making changes that will affect how your home looks when viewed from the street, or that will be otherwise visible over your perimeter wall, you must submit an architectural change request to the HOA.

Here's how:

1. Please click on the link below to view and print the form.
2. As may be appropriate, please attach sketches or drawings showing the nature and location of the change, as well as any other information, such as color samples, product brochures, etc., that will assist the committee in the review of your request.  Please send this material to Renaissance Community Partners.
3. You will be notified of the decision of the Architecture Committee within 60 days of the receipt of the submission.
